At a time when citizens are losing jobs and homes that they work for so hard, Bannister and the 'Good ol Gang' is wasting our tax dollars. This may cause another round of lawsuits that will cost us even more. Simple solution: If it is not broken leave it alone and let it run. Let private companies take care of the trash, not the Commissioners. Here we go again!!
