		<description>Here we go again!!  At a time when citizens are losing jobs and homes that they work for so hard, Bannister and the &#039;Good ol Gang&#039; is wasting our tax dollars. This may cause another round of lawsuits that will cost us even more.

Simple solution: If it is not broken leave it alone and let it run. Let private companies take care of the trash, not the Commissioners.</description>
